acceptable stay
central location well furnished soundproof isolation missing fridge
the hotel was centrally located. it was a short walk to many attractions. the apartment was also spotlessly clean and well furnished. everything i needed for a short stay was available..
the room i had lacked proper soundproofing. i could hear a lot of noise from both inside and outside the hotel. this made sleeping through the night difficult. also, there was no fridge in the room, a feature i would have found useful.

The apartment was quite spacious. It included its own kitchen area (very convenient). The shared terrace with the jacuzzi was fabulous. I found it nice to have a coffee machine in the room.
The room had only one window. It overlooked the bed of another room so I had to keep it shut with blinds closed. The room heating was too hot and I couldn't adjust it. The shower was full of mold.

a decent visit
staff recommendations luggage storage soundproof isolation room fridge
the staff offered great recommendations for restaurants i especially liked that the hotel was well located for exploring key sights of the city it was easy to get around. we were able to leave our luggage after checkout which was super convenient for us
the rooms lacked soundproof isolation i could hear people coming and going all night from both inside and outside the hotel this made sleeping difficult. the absence of a fridge in the room was also a downside because i wanted to keep some drinks cold

excellent experience
helpful staff clean apartment comfy cot
the staff was very helpful. i appreciated the restaurant recommendations they gave me. the apartments were clean and well furnished, which i found suitable for exploring. the hotel provided a comfy cot, good for my little one.
the rooms lacked soundproof isolation. it was possible to hear people coming and going all night from inside and outside, so there was little sleep.

The reception staff were helpful and courteous. they provided restaurant recommendations. communication with the staff was great. Their recommendations were super, though the language used by staff was excellent.
